Thanks for posting this! It is really interesting because the video, lyrics and website text are really sending mixed messages. The song clearly reference the Bible but one of the singers is from the Islamic Center. And the website makes no mention of Christianity. The oganization states that the goal is just informed citizen activism and voting. They don&#039;t mention any particular political party but there is one picture of an Obama rally on the site.

Also it&#039;s really interesting that the organization was founded by television producer Norman Lear who brought iconic programs like All in the Family, Sanford and Son, The Jeffersons and Maude into American homes. He is definitely a liberal Christian. In the 1980s he founded People for the American Way in order to promote &quot;freedom of thought, expression and religion&quot; and as an answer to televangelists who were gaining political power in the pulpit. I wonder if this new project is really aimed at rallying liberal Christians.
